Kia are ********s

Bought a car from Kia Middelburg about 6months ago and installed a car track unit in it. Now the steering has failed and they won't assist us because they claim car tack did this? Wouldn't it of broken 6months ago? While they have had my car for over a week now they also saying it is not unde warranty
