Kia Amanzimtoti ..poor service

Booked a 45000 service for ND 500 929 service at the amanzimtoti kia in durban. Was booked for 11am and we were told it will take at most an hour. Arrived at 10.45 and was met by a gentleman who sits at service reception with another female Ms Manjoo. After preliminaries I left and when I arrived at 2.20 my vehicle was still outside. I then enquired and this gentleman was totally blank where my car was. I tried to get another lift to durban but failed. This female was most helpful and went into the workshop herself and reassured me I will be next. Got my car around 3 30 as Manjoo released the car. I recently serviced my other car during lock down at Honda umhlangha and appointments were kept judiciously. This kia branch is useless and it was my first time here. My 15000 and 30000 were done in umhlanga. I also found it strange / hypocritical that the service manager a middle aged gentleman with a beard walked in twice without a mask yet he wanted these 2 at service reception to wear the shield. He should actually set the example. My long wait here was just too much.
