Kia Alberton Nightmare

I had my worst experience with the collection of a brand new kia vehicle. I was left to wait until somebody told me that someone else would come and assist me. Kia Alberton treated me like trash. Once I was about to be assisted the finance woman called with with her fingers and pointed at me harshly, I dont know her and she doesn't know me. I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't welcomed to the branch or maybe the person who made the deal wasn't there but nonetheless it's with deep regret that I purchased my first vehicle through Kia. Such disrespect. Kia Alberton in future make sure the staff members show some kind of respect and warmth for clients regardless of their race,ethnicity or whatever the difference maybe. They need the training.
