KIA AIRPORT poorest service

Got my sportage in 2018 Dec. With one thing not fitted, an upgrade on the alarm system... I made countless follow up with a sales agent By the name TEBLLO, and he kept on giving empty promises, and my understanding is that he now doesn't work there... But I have spotted him at KIA Eastrand now... PAUL (KIA Airport ) who was his manager also promised to come back to me, to date zero comeback .... I'm so dissapointed at KIA as it's now Sept 2019 and my alarm upgrade has not bein fitted.... What kind of client/ customer centred service is this. They are all ducking and diving... And no one is even following up with me anymore, while I'm entitled to an alarm upgrade. I regret buying from this place and these agents and thier managers.
