Kia Airport lack of customer care

. I am not. I have really let down by the customer service and care at Kia airport. When I purchased my kia rio last year it was the greatest moment in my life. I was happy and excited and getting it. I trading in my old kia sportage 2007. I was ready to hit the road and conquer. On delivery of the vehicle I noticed a few scratches and dents on the car and enquired on it. I was told that these would be resolved. I think told him that since he is taking time I will go and get the quote from an approved car repair.

After months of waiting I got no feedback and decided that I should enquire in regards to the matter. The gentleman Sphe was great help and apologised for the delay and that he will get back to me. I waited and no response. I have email conversation on the matter. I then decided to go drive there and find out what was happening as I received no news or feedback and was told he is on leave. I then spoke to the manager who told me that there is nothing they can do and I bought the car as is. I disputed and told him I have communication with Sphe and was promised the car would be fixed. I then showed him the quote.We had a debate and he then offered me R2000 to fix the car and I told hi that wont be possible and I would like to get the car fixed. I was promised a loan unit to use in the interm. Further I tried to communicate and was told to drop off the car Monday or Tuesday. I then emailed and informed him that I received the email late and was off. No response , so today I told them I would be able to drop the car off Thursday or Friday. He then told me it would take time. And then I asked about the loan car I was promised. And was told they wont be giving me. And bare in mind I have been communicating with Kia Airport since last year. I am not happy as I use the car for work purpose and can not afford not to have a car. Please may you assist as I am now really furious with the service. I am under stress and over promised and no one seems to be helping me. I think some one was trying to get rid of the car as I suspect the car was crashed. I do not know what to do anymore.
