iv been patient

I have been very patient with this kia motors, i bought KIA SERATO KOUP which was deliver on the 20th November 2015, the car was delivered with the temp permit which has expired on the 11 of Dec, they keep telling me that they are sorting it, if the is one thing a regret in my life is to buy that car at the shop, if the was a chance i would return the car and go buy somewhere else, the treatment that i got before i bought the car is very different to the one im getting now, i also got a fine cause of this expire permit, can someone solve this im so sick and tired im even telling my friends not to buy cars from them ...
