It has taken nearly A YEAR to repair my vehicle...and it is STILL not fixed

In September 2016 we bought a Kia 2700 from the despicable Jacques Van Vuuren at 24/7 Cars in Bellville. The vechicle was still under Kia warranty so when discovering 3 weeks later that the head gasket was blown (which we pretty confident we bought the vehicle with) Jacques told us to take it to KIA as it was under warranty with them and not his problem. Vehicle went to Tokai Multifranchise end of October 2016 where it was diagnosed blown head gasket and cracked diff along with other issues - I have all repair invoices. However we only received our vehicle back in the middle of January 2017. End of January 2017 we contacted them to say there was still water on the dipstick - engine still smoking. They wanted the vehicle back but due to the appalling levels of service first time round we refused and took the vehicle to Stikland Multifranchise (we live in Kommetjie and logistics to get the vehicle backwards and forwards many times for check ups has been a nightmare) - that was in April 2017 it is now mid August 2017 and we still do not have our truck - it has been authorised for the following: new cylinder head, short bloc, fuel injection pump, sump. - ALL due to the fact that Tokai did such bad work on the vehicle. HOWEVER we are still without a WORK vehicle - we have been paying R4k per month on installments and insurance on a truck we are yet to use ONE YEAR LATER.....did I mention that we STILL don't have the truck back? At no point have we been offered a courtesy vehicle, and now at the very least we are wanting our installments paid back to us by Tokai due to their absolutely disgraceful workmanship in the first place. KIA SOUTH AFRICA I will never again buy a Kia due to the ********** service that we have to endure at the hands of these shameful Multifranchises. KIA South Africa you have AUTHORISED and paid for shoddy damaging repairs by Tokai - what are you going to do about it?
