Issues with my ca

I am so frustrated right now to the max. A year a go I bought a brand new car KIA Seltos. Around Nov last year I noticed that at times there’s dark smoke coming out of the vehicle. As times go by it became worse such that Tuesday I had to booked in at KIA Nelspruit. They drove the car and saw the issue but can’t really diagnose the cause🙄. It’s day day 3 today I don’t have a car , meaning I am unable to run my business 😡. Sadly they can’t even give me a car in the meantime to drive while they are still trying to understand the issue. Kia South Africa I am so mad right now, apparently they must log what what and wait for the head office to reply. In the meantime I am inconvenienced by not having a car😡😡. Kia South Africa I need a car to move around while you guys are still trying to find the issue in my car. Worse part is being told to make alternatives because they need to keep my car. I feel like they are not taking me serious because I didn’t buy the car in their dealership I bought it in while I was in Cape Town.
