Incorrect parts from Korea, and no parts in South Africa

I've ordered a part through warranty via kia Lazarus motors. The dealership did their part and worked as efficiently as possible. My issue is with kia itself as they dispatched the incorrect part which I waited for 1 and a half months. Now I have to wait even longer for the correct part to get here. It is unbelievable that Kia does not have spares here in South Africa and stick needs to be shipped from Korea. For a simple door handle. This is totally unacceptable. Kia, you have instantly ruined your reputation with me. I would definitely think again before buying a Kia. As it stands, I am considering a trade in so that I can get the service I need and parts are available in country.
