Inconsiderate and dishonest dealership - Used Vehicles

Too ****ed off to explain so I will just paste my email to the dealer principal of Kia Weltevreden Used Vehicles Department:

"I am thoroughly upset and disappointed by your dealership. I feel duped and misled.

Your salesperson, and dealership alike, should have had the decency to inform me that you had decided to sell the car to someone else.

I came to you in good faith and dealt with Shannon openly and in a very friendly manner, as admittedly, did he, in return, but to not only sell the car to someone else, and not take 2 minutes to drop me a call or an email to say I should not bother waiting or expecting is proper dishonest and inconsiderate.

Not only should I have been advised that Shannon's promises to me meant nothing, but it should have been made clear that this was not a deal but a gamble. I will share my experience with Kia HQ, Hello Peter and social media so others are aware; I think it's only fair.

No thanks from me on this one."

If money is your primary motive stop making us believe you have our interests as customers at heart...just come out clean and say we are secondary considerations in your business.

For anyone looking to buy from this dealership be advised that any promise you get means nothing until you are actually sitting in the car you said you want to buy...
