Incompetency of Kia Boksburg

I have always been a loyal kia brand customer I've been driving kia for 4 years and now and recently I drive a kia rio...

I took my car in for service in Kia Boksburg in the month of March 2018 then soon after that 2 weeks later it was heavily raining and then I drove into a pathway with a water that was at a quarter way level to my tyres then before I even get through my vehicle stopped immediately and could not start again. Kia diagnosed that the conrod, chain guides, gaskets and some few items were damaged by water that went through into the engine of which I suspect that during the vehicle service something was not done properly and according to standard....

Not only that but then I deposited money into their account for my car to be fixed on friday 6th april, then I spoke to a lady called Tanya then she told me that everything will be ordered immediately thereafter your vehicle will be fixed, on Monday I called then spoke to Ella then ella told me nothing was ordered on friday but she ordered the parts, further more she called me in the same afternoon of monday and told me that some of the parts are not in stock so it will take 3 weeks to get them on site if they are not found in any kia south africa branch....

Non the less I called Ella this morning to ask the status of my repairs then she couldn't even explain what the status of my repair is at that moment as I asked her to explain how many dealers have you contacted up to so far I couldn't get an answer then the discussion got to a point where in she told me she has a customer that she is assisting at the moment, and that really offended me as a customer who's at work and cannot go out to the dealer physically after that being said she hanged up the phone on my ear. Basically according to all the reviews I read up to so far Kia boksburg service department is the most *********** outlet of which I believe staff should be replaced. Number 1 - The service advisor was supposed to contact the parts manager and find out if there's stock on the parts required to fix my car before I made my payment because I Waited one week before my insurance paid out my claim. Number 2 - The spare parts will approximately take 2-3 weeks to get on site, and yet I rely on my vehicle for mobility and they do not have the decency to offer me a loan car in the mean time since now this is their fault that the parts are not there. Number 3 -How do I then trust the level of repairs that will be done on my car with such competence
