Inadequate service at kia fourways TKgasi

I purchased a vehicle from the Kia dealer in fourways in 2019. I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from the dealer. The car started giving me problems from last year and every time I take in there is no sense of urgency. I don't even get feedback from the person dealing with the issue. I have never experienced such a bad service within the motor industry.
