I was given some one else spake key

I bought a car in Kia Midrand. My car's key broke some time last year, so I decided to use my spare keys. To my surprise my spare key was not working. I went back to Kia Midrand to find out as to why this was so. I was refer to the principal dealer Hennie (a rude guy). He took my spare key and told me it belonged to someone else's car. He even gave me the Vin number of that particular car. I was given someone else's spare key when I purchased the car. He gave me a blank blade and told me to go to kyalami to have it cut at my cost. He said he can not do anything for me because when I bought the car he was not yet working there.<br> <br> I complained to Kia Headoffice and from then I was taken from pillar to post. Even today I have not yet received my key. It has been claimed from my warranty four months ago. Every time I book my car to have the keys cut and programmed I am always told different stories. The last story I was told is that another dealer(Kia Kempton park) has put another claim for the same key to be replaced. The key that Midrand got from the warranty was used on someone else's car. Kempton park tells me they have not received the key yet. Claimed 2 months ago.
