I have had enough its Kia's Promises

<p>I bought a vehicle last year in January brand new from Kia Hiedelburg,</p> <p>they gave me two keys of which one wasn't correct, </p> <p>They took the spare keys and said they will fix this matter and contact me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have called them timously and nothing has been done, 1 year and 4 months later I am still without a spare key, this will leave me in limbo should anything happen to the original.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a client I am very upset and feel like I am not being taken serious or I am being taken for granted.</p> <p>I can't even recommend my friends to the branch because I am worried a similar issue will happen to them. </p>
