I feel like i was ****med

In June 2022 i bought a car at Kia Motors Burgersfort and i was assisted by Cedric. To my surprise i discovered that most of the things on the documents were not as we discussed nor what was in the car: 1. The kilometers on the documents are 11100km, whilst on the car were 38000km when i went to fetch it 2. There was a standard radio on the car but on the documents it was written that the radio was an extras 3. On the documents i was charged R4500.00 for the delivery of the car hence i went to fetch the car by my self from the dealer 4. I agreed with the sales person that there is no residual and on the documents there was R52000 residual 5. R4500 was charged for licensing and when i told him (Cedric) and his manager that the car's permit was expiring, they told me that i must take the car for testing by myself and pay from my own pocket and now the car is parked without a license disc nor permit since the permit expired on 14/07/22 I feel like they ****med me
