How useless are your sales staff and sales process

What does a guy need to do to get your sales people to sell me a Sedona 2.2 CRDi EX 11-Seat? I've been to 2 showrooms, the last one being Paarden Eiland... I have logged requests online... I have been called by at least 3 sales people, and then I give my requirements and then I don't hear back from them... You have the car listed on the website, but you seemingly don't want to sell it. What is the point.. The only reason I am persisting is because the H1 is not my first choice... Really Kia... How useless are your sales staff.
