HORRIFIED

I wrote a review about Kia Pinetown on Saturday and it is now Wednesday and they haven't even bothered to say we will review the details of the review. So here I go maybe I'll get their attention by sending it to the main branch. On Saturday I went into Kia Pinetown as there was supposed to be an "event" happening. WELL the only event that was happening was that one of the lady staff members was sitting on the desk of one of the other male staff members looking over his shoulder at his computer. This is very poor business ethics in any dealership or business!!! The event was supposed to have started at 8:30 and when I got there, there was nothing absolutely nothing happening. I wasn't greeted or asked if they can help me. The agents all just sat and looked at me. I was only asked if they could help me once I actually went to the agents desk and then I got told "Oh we are just handing out water bottles to the ladies that walk in" WELL THAT IS A GREAT EVENT ISN'T IT!!!!!! Oh yes and at some stage during the day they were going to be making boerewors rolls. WHOOOPEEEE!!!!! BIG DEAL!!!! Maybe they need to have an event planner so they know what an even is. It was shocking the lack of interest they had in me. How did they know that I was not a potential customer. With their attitudes and lack of proficiency I doubt now that I would ever want to be a Kia customer.
