Horrific Kia Safety Rating

I am very dissapointed with the safety of the Kia Picanto.2018 I was in a car Accident,extent of the damage was well over 70k. My airbags didnt deploy neither did my safetybelt lock and as a result,I smashed my head against my windscreen,breaking the windscreen. In 2019,someone sideswiped me,yet again the safetybelts didnt lock during impact,petroltank started leaking fuel.I couldnt get out of my car as the safetybelt locked afterwards leaving me trapped in the car,fearing for my life.A good samaritan somehow got me loose and had to drag me out the sidewindow.

So,Kia please explain...do you want your customers dead?
