Horrible Service from KIA Polokwane
I took my KIA Sportage to KIA Polokwane on the 25 March 2019 as there was a funny vibrating sound coming from front. They told that they were fully booked and I must come back on the 27 March which I did. They called during the day and told me that bracket of the front nudge bar were broken and they will call me once the warranty dept has authorized so I must come and collect the car. When I got there they told me they removed the nudge and when I got on the car the same sound was still there and took the car back. They called the technician who did the car and he test drive the car and said the wheel bearing is damaged. They took back the car and the next day the called me and told me that problem was the nuts and stacks and unfortunately their warranty does not cover that. I paid R1823.00 for that. They said they will call me regarding the nudge once they got response from the warranty office. Today I received a call from Linda and she told me that my warranty has expired and I told her to go and check as this is the second she telling me about my warranty being expired. I told her that my warranty ifs for 5 years and she said she will come back to me. She came back to me and told me that KIA South Africa said they wont be covering the fixing of the nudge bar even though it came with the car. Now I must pay for the nudge bar. I'm so fed up with the service that I'm getting from KIA on a serious note. When I bought a car I didn't add any extras but now I'm told warranty wont cover and is my responsibility. I spoke with the salesperson who assisted me when I bought the car and the worst part he doesn't give a damn because he no longer works there. I'm regretting the day I went into KIA Polokwane because they took my money but now they don't want to assist me.
