Horrible Service at KIA Centurion

The worst service ever. I purchased my car at the KIA Centurion and my life has been streesfull ever since. Every time my car goes for service there is a service issue. I HAVE NEVER WALKED OUT OF KIA CENTURION HAPPY. 1) They denied me a service stating that i have used all my service plans. I even gave up on this one for my peace. 2) They recently over quoted me and i got an external certified assessor to look in to my quote and instantly they "reworked"my quote and it was R10 000 cheaper. Lastly, this week as we speak, my car has been with them for 3 days, no call update nothing. Today i call only to find out that they have not fixed my car. They claim they have been waiting for insurance to approve. Insurance on the other hand has been waiting for KIA's report. I AM SO tired with this bad service. STAY AWAY FROM KIA
