Horrible service

<p>Not a happy camper at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Tuesday 22 November my Picanto just would not start. It was towed to the Kia branch in Paarden Eiland.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now Friday 25 November and nobody has even looked at it. A lady called Faye just called me after I tried following up via email and phone calls and social media, and very rudely told me she'd call me when she has news.</p> <p> </p> <p>Goodness Kia, is this how you treat customers? Absolutely shocking. Two days and I still don't even know what's wrong with my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>Shocking, really.</p>
