Horrible experience

My mom took her car in for serve in you Queenstown branch. After the service it started licking oil (something to do with plugs not fitted properly) because it has no issues prior to the server. On her way to town she got stuck on the side of the road. She had to pay a tow truck to take the car to Kia Queenstown. It's been 3 weeks now since the car is there. We do not get any updates from you guys. When I call you are waiting for parts they are arriving today or tomorrow, your mom's car will be ready before the end of the week.

What a horrible experience.
