Horrible car, horrible company

I bumped my Rio recently. It was a 5kmph bump - I was at a stop and then bumped the car in front of me. Only damaged my number plate and tiny scratches caused by plate coming loose. I wasn't even going to claim from my insurer. 4 days later the car started overheating and the aircon stopped working. Phone Kia Road Assist and they came to fetch the car. Turns out that the car needs to go to a panel beater because \apparently"the bump caused the compressor to move and that is causing the overheating. Really? From a 5kmph bump? Anyway"
