HANG ON THERE "IT'S ON IT'S WAY"

I 've bought a second hand KIA at KIA BRITS ,3 months ago.

I am still waiting for my spear keys, my service book, and a service booked which they must replaced my one front light.

Every time I ask them, they say next week (It was 10 times already next week) I am not getting any service or feedback, and they have every time another story or a another "lie session" or they just ignore me. FOR 3 Months now. I mean, I bought a car at them , and now I must struggle and be oky with the way they treat me.

I spoke to the manager, owner , sales person. It is if they don't want to help me or there is something they hiding from me.

I don't know what I have to do for service, or just to get my stuff I ask for. Is that to much to ask for?

When they was busy with the buy, there were no struggle. Why should the worry now, the deal is tho, they have there money and I must struggle to get the rest of my things.

Is there anyway with solutions
