had the worst terrible and disgusting experience at Kia Motors in Somerset West for TWO CONSECUTIVE YEARS

<p>I had the worst terrible and disgusting experience at Kia Motors in Somerset West. Yesterday the 15th of Sept 2016 I took my car in for service and they brought me back home along with other Kia customers. I was promised I will be fetched in the afternoon to pick up my car. Well at 15:00 I got a call from Kia asking for my address and directions as the guy didnt have GPS, I told him and he promised to fetch me on his way from fetching another customer in Stellenbosch. The distance from Kia Somerset to Stellenbosch and my area is just 40 km. The guy never came to my house, after 2 hours I called Kia Somerset and they advised me the driver didnt get hold of me over the phone while my phone was always on. On that note I spoke to the manager who promised me he will send someone asap. 20 minutes later I called again to find out if he did sent someone!!!! I got a shock of my life to know no body has been sent to my house. I was then given the first guy who didnt come to my house, when I spoke to him and asked why didnt he come he advised me that he had NO PHONE TO CALL ME WHILE HE WAS GETTING LOST. I really dont know how was he going to tell me when he got to my house should he had not been lost. Perheps he was gonna jump my yard I DON'T KNOW. Eventually the guy came to my house and I only got my car back at 19:00 in the evening while I dropped it at 7:40 in the morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>The very same bad experience I got last year December 2015 when I took my car for service to the very same Kia Motors Somerset. The driver didnt come to get me while he was fetching other people, I called Kia and they advised me to come fetch my car the following morning. I had to open other eyes in order for them to bring my car same day. They gave me report about the service in the streets because they dont care about me while I'm a paying customer for a brand new car just like everybody else. </p> <p> </p> <p>To me this shows incompetance, dishonest as well as underestimation of certian customers by Kia Somerset. I would never ever bring my car that dealer even though its the convenient one to me. I am very much disapointed at Kia and even regret buying a car from them. If I had known they have such hirrible serive I would have given my money somewhere else where customers are valued.</p>
