Had a problem with my car 140km from home

Had a problem with my car 140km from home. My car 2023 Sportage. Solid light of engine came on. I phoned roadside assistance and the lady indicated that they cannot assist me as the warranty says mechanical assistance, they can only tow my car in. Why do I have the warranty if Kia is not offering it. I then drove to the nearest KIA Vereeniging, the service center manager was phoned. No one on call out, I need to come back Monday. NO one wants to assist. Pathetic service from KIA, so upset to have bought the car. Don't buy a Kia, as the warranty is empty promises.
