GWM C30 wiper operation defect

GWM C30 1.5 petrol reported wiper speed control and auto stop issues during Nov 2017. According to service provider, a claim was registered. Second follow up provider indicated that they are in process of confirming if it is a claim or not. Claim not resolved due to parts specification change according to provider. Next follow up no record of claim could be provided. E-mail corresponded to provider on 22 August 2018 and again 08 October 2018. Contact person indicated that this is unacceptable and a claim registered again according to representative. Contacted the provider again on 22 October 2018 and they insisted that no record of claim is available and that the vehicle must be returned to the service provider for a new claim.
