Great Customer Service Made My Day

I would like to thank Giovanna Pedro (Service Advisor) @ Kia Motors Weltevreden Park. What an amazing human. She was so helpful, so friendly and just such a pleasant face. She really went above and beyond for me today. And all this just for a car service. Giovanna, it was such a pleasure to have been treated with respect and basic human decency. I don’t drive a big expensive car, it wasn’t even an expensive service, yet I was treated with absolute care. I am so exceptionally grateful. I sincerely hope Kia Motors Weltevreden Park / Kia Motors South Africa recognises your worth and holds on to you for a good long while. Today had to have been the best service experience I have ever had. Thank you.
