Good service but key is broken

So bought my first car through KIA fourways. Everything was awesome Claire from the finance team was great and so was Riaz from sales. <br> <br> However I had to bring my car back in to spray paint and when I got it back my money that I keep in my glove compartment and my USB charger were ****** <br> <br> I also got the sphere key in 2 pieces and was told that is the way the car was sold and that's what happenes when you buy a pre owned car. So now I have to pay 4K to get a key fixed that I do not think is my responsibility.
