Good relationship gone bad

The sunroof of my 2016 kia cerato rattles when I close it. I booked it in for a service on the 3rd of November 2019 for my service and notified them about it. I've come to drop off the car so they can fix it and each time I get it back being told the prove is fixed and it actually isn't.

5 months later going back and forth, I booked the car in again for 3 days and when I came back to collect it, the sunroof is in a worse condition that it was before. There are now gaps in the sunroof and it's currently raining in Cape Town meaning water would definitely get in there if I were to drive it.

The service has honestly been horrible regarding this issue and I've had a great relationship with this dealership. I stay in the CBD but still come all the way to Table View (passing the Paarden Eiland branch) because I had a good relationship here. I'm absolutely disappointed and I'm being really inconvenienced by this whole issue.
