Good day I have an issue with Kia Centurion

Good day I have an issue with Kia Centurion. Unknowingly, I received the incorrect parts for my rear bumper when I purchased it a month ago. My car is currently at Dino Panelbeaters for the bumper to be installed and repaired. However, they are unable to do so because I initially sent in the wrong parts provided by KIA. I spoke to Dylan at Kia Centurion, who initially assisted me with the parts. He informed me that there are protocols to adhere to. I am unable to wait for another week to get my car fixed. I am in dire need of Kia's assistance, and I am not succeeding.
