I took my Kia for its 30 000 km service. I was told there was a noise that could not be traced, because the technician ran out of time. Nicole apologised for the inconvenience and said I would have to bring the car in again for 3 - 4 hrs. I asked her whether I would have to pay anything and she said: No. I took the car in today and when I got there she wanted me to sign paperwork where I agree to pay R 2850.00. I refused and complained. I also had to wait a long time to see her manager, who did not want to help either. I had to leave without anything being done on my car. I have lost time off work and my husband lost time PLUS we both had to spend petrol to get there. This is the first time since I have bought the Kia that I had to take it for a service and this is how I am treated. Nicole also suggested rats could have chewed the wiring, which is also insulting. We don't live in slums. It is so disappointing and I now regret buying Kia. I should have stuck with Opel. I also see Kia is one of the companies who does not respond to complaints...
