8Hellopeter I am desperately in need of your help regarding my vehicle/car contract that i took with Kia Motors Hatfield in Pretoria on the 10/10/2018. On the day I bought The car I was advised by the salesperson (Tumelo Mokoena) not to deposit the since it wouldnt make much of a difference on the monthly installement. Secondly when i was suppose to sign the contract, Charmaine Russell's told me that they only do eye-contract and they only email the contract and they dont produce a hardcopy of it. Well while i going through the contract with her she advised me to opt for a high monthly(R5200.00)instalment to avoid ballooon payment on the car, so i took her advise. But to my suprise after recieving the soft copy of the contract it had a balloonresidual of R70 000. 00 together with the high monthly installement and it was a DEMO car. The contract is very unfair and I have tried all ways to address the matter with Kia Motors but with no luck the matter is still not resolve. It's really financially affecting me. So may you kindly help me.
