First time buyer....WORST experience EVER!! NEED it sorted out!!!

<p>FiRSTLY... this was my first time buying a car for myself so I atleast thought the experience would be Amazing and exiting and i couldn't wait to have my new car....BUT it was the worst service and experience ever!!!!!!!!! So i need advice on how to sort this out!!!!!!</p> <p>I was interested in the Kia Picanto 1.2 EX and saw a beautiful Metallic dazzling Blue one at Kia Edenvale. It was in exellent condition and had 15 000 km on the clock...OR...so i thought!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>First i started doing my paperwork for the car on theThursday 2nd of Feb with Kia telling me that I will have my car by the Tueasday or Wednesday (8 Feb) latest. Then one thing after another started going wrong..if it wasnt this then it was that and never did they come back to me to just atleast follow up on everything. Eventually wednesday (8 Feb) the morning I phoned the financial lady asking her what is going on and that i need my contract to sort out my insurance before the car arrives. So she said that they need a invoice first before doing a contract and sending it out for me but that everything will be sorted on the thursday or friday morning.</p> <p>After phoning her i asked my Fiance to please phone the sales guy to try and find out what is going on because things are not falling into place like they promised. Then the sales guy phones me back 30 min later to try and explain to me that my wheel baring needs to be changed and they didnt have parts so this will take 5 to 7 working days.. Please note that he knew about this the Tuesday afternoon already and didn't atleast just pick up the phone to let me know what was going on. So basically the one person was telling this and the other person had another story of why everything was taking so long. Wednesday afternoon he phoned me back saying that they have parts and i will have my car by Friday (10 Feb). </p> <p> </p> <p>I was SUPER exited because finally i will have my baby!!! BUT that's when it started getting worse!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So my car arrived on Friday BUT with completely different mags on than what i saw on the pictures of the adverti*****t. The one that i saw had the standard Kia Picanto EX mags on. This one had mags on that looked ****!!! Then when i got into the car it had 20 250 km on the clock and NOT 15 000km. BIG difference between 15 000 and 20 250.... if it was 1000 km more i would understand but that is unexceptable!!! </p> <p>We signed the contract off at Nedbank in Secunda Mall so we stopped the car at the under car parking. So when i walked around the car you couldn't realy see anything like scratches etc. And because i send the sales guy a email asking him if the car was in excellent condition you would think no dents and minor scratches here and there maybe but nothing serious. </p> <p>So we went inside to sign off the contract and i told my fiance what was going on so he phoned the manager and he basically just said if im not happy then scratch the deal instead of fixing it and working something out..</p> <p>Then i asked the sales guy to please fix the mags for me asap and he said that he will see what he can do and maybe come and collect my car AGAIN to take it back and put the original mags on. While sitting there i asked him if there was anything else that needs to be said about the car and if there is any dents and bad scratches.</p> <p>So his answer was that the scratches on the car was minor and can be polished out witch they would sort out for me when they take my car for the mags. So again i trusted him and signed the contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>AFTER signing the contract and we went outside to my car, then only did he show me a DENT on the side of my car with paint literally scratched off. He showed me that the back of my car looks like there was a bicycle rack on so my fin and boot had scratches on. The bumper looks like it was taken off and put back on again because it isnt cealing properly and there's a gap in between the car and bumper. The interior of car is 100% except there is ugly lighter burns next to the car lighter..like circles EVERYWHERE!! Wich was also not said to me!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Now i dont know about you guys...and i understand that its a 2nd hand car or well supposed to be a DEMO car. BUT when you ask someone in what condition the car is then you mention things like this because i could have gotten a VERY nice beautiful Picanto (same one) with 4000km on the clock for R2000 more, but because of the colour i decided on this one and then i get ********** completely!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Will this be sorted out please???? Because I was realy looking forward to getting my new car seeing that its the first time ever that I bought myself a car!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> So this NEEDS to be sorted out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beacause i feel like taking next steps towards them...And i need my car ASAP in the condition that they said my car was...witch was suposed to be EXCELLENT!!!!!!!</p>
