Fed up

Dear Admin<br> I had an oil leak on my car on Tuesday 02 June, called the office on 8 in the morning to come tow my car as it was not in a drivable condition, the lady explained that they are short staffed and that it will take some time to fetch the car and I understood, they fetched the car on Wednesday, it was back on Thursday afternoon to my surprise it had a leak again on Friday morning I called them they said they will fetch the car Monday , when I got home on Monday they haven't fetched it yet and did so on Tuesday, it took them the whole week to see that the car has an oil pump problem, today they told me that they have ordered the pump and will repair the car I will get it on Monday 15 June, like really could it take them so long to fix the oil pump? I have a daily routine with my kids I had to pay a fortune for private shuttle for them to get to school while I will have to pay an instalment of a car I did not have for two weeks going on three, it would have been better if I was given a courtesy car in the mean time. The fact that I have to call for feed back also annoys me greatly.
