Faulty vehicle and warranty

We bought a vehicle: Audi A3 Sport back fsi 2.0 model 2008, Cash purchase at KIA Motors Roodepoort in february 2015.In April we took the vehicle for a long distance drive to north west than we realised that the vehicle is faulty as it started shaking and the gears were very hard especially in the morning.
