Faulty brakes

I purchased a vehicle at Kia Fourways and was assisted by Chris who is no longer there,it was driven out of the dealership on Saturday the 11-07-2020 and was assisted by Chris the same Sales man who assisted me to drive it home. There is a funny sound coming out of the brakes and Chris confirmed this, i have not driven it and i need it checked and fixed before i drive it,i have sent emails with no response,i have called and everytime they transfer me to Sales the line cuts
