False Information

I Went to the Alberton Kia Branch on Saturday and spoke to Shaun in regards to the Kia Cerato Sedan I wanted.<br> <br> When asking him for a quote today to get finance now all of a sudden he can not give me the deal on the Sedan only on the Hatch as according to him he told me he did not have the Sedan.<br> <br> However I asked him numerous times on Saturday as well as my father asked him what I will be getting for the price he mentioned.<br> <br> Obviously it was my own stupidity not to have gotten it in writing there and then but really did not seem to have had to do that as I asked him numerous times and he confirmed numerous times even going to ask the manager if the deal was possible.<br> <br> I am really disappointed as I am currently driving a kia and wanted to continue the path with kia, but how does one go forward from here.<br> <br> And yes I also realise nothing will come from this complaint yet I just feel it is very unprofessional.<br> <br>
