False comunication on parts required
My wife's Kia Picanto 120 went in for its 3 year annual service with 27000kms on the 15th May 2015. During the service I was contacted by the service centre advisor (Susan) and was advised that the front brake pads needs replacing. Their cost should they have done this was R2400. Seeing that this car is not on a service plan I told them that I would rather do this myself.

1 Month after service I went out and bought the brake pads to replace them. Apon inspection this brake pads had only 3mm wear on them and would easily last for another 2 years. I am so glad I didn't spend the R2400.

I have addressed this with Kia SA numerous times and gave them a few weeks for a response but to no avail.

I can not take dishonesty and seeing that I also drive a Kia, I will not buy another Kia again and avoid this centre.
