Failure to Commit

On the 15th of May I saw an ad placed with "new car deals" for a Kia Sportage. I logged an online enquiry which indicated feedback within 2 days. Unfortunately this was not the case. I have been in contact with "new car deals" 3 times since. On every occasion they have promised me that they have been in contact with the Kia dealership in Johannesburg that is offering this deal and that they would call me shortly. Its nearly three weeks and still no feedback. On my fourth correspondence with "new car deals" I indicated my fears and suspecion that the dealership could not follow through or commit to the adverti*****t they had in place and it felt to me like false advertising. Since this communication I have received no feedback from the Kia dealership or from new car deals. My correspondence is just plain being ignored. This has made me seriously doubt the authenticity of the deal and the professionalism of both parties. Even after indicating how dissatisfied I am with the service and that if I do not receive any contact I will take to social media, I have still not received any correspondence.
