Epic Fail

On the 15th of December I took in my car in for an interval service. Prior to taking it in it has been reminding me about the service being due but to my surprise after it has been serviced it still give me the same message. This is not the first time that after I taken it in it gives me the message. It happened with my previous service and I had to take it in and the Service Manager was so non-chalant about it. This is unsettling as it makes you wonder if the car has really been serviced how did it go through all the final checks without anyone noticing.
