Engine lost by Stikland Kia & Renault Service Tygervalley

Good morning everyone, hope you well as I am not. So my TATA bakkie goes into Stikland Kia & Renault Service workshop last year 15 January 2019....and they return it to me without and engine.....to cut a long story short. They lost my engine and now want me to believe that the money they willing to pay for the engine - which is actually my warranty that paid out to them - is them helping me....and they want me to pay the other half. In the meantime, my old engine is lost ....where is the ombudsman. I need to tag TATA and KIA & Renault South Africa.
