DON'T PURCHASE A KIA - YOU'RE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY

KIA Northcliff sold me a New 2017 KIA Picanto DUT!!!! Clutch were replaced after 6 000km after continues fighting I were told by Service Manager Mr Fritz that it's because I haven't driven a KIA before - I clearly did not know that KIA is so special, you require a KIA degree to own / drive one.

KIA Roodepoort's Service Manager Manny has a pathetic attitude and they're rather rude than assisting. My Picanto were there for a service on the 6th Aug 2018 whereby they would have checked the fuel consumption as it is consuming R800 a week and it's a 1.0 START. This they could not even get right and when taking it back today 20 Aug, Manny were so rude that I told my husband just to leave.

I would not recommend anyone to buy any KIA vehicles as they are quick to sell you the car but not so quick and friendly with their after sales services or when they sold you ****. I am getting rid of this Picanto ASAP and look forward to driving a different brand!!
