Don't care and half job

My car went for a service still within maintenance plan. They didn't check anything i requested them to do. Brakes still sound and feel like metal on metal. I was told it is the tyres needing replacing. Tyres aren't even a year old. My electronics & screen needs an upgrade. Not done. My car still shows it needs to be serviced. They said they would contact us the next day. Still waiting. My car had a shody wash. Shocking. When my husband collected the car the front passenger seat was completely flat like someone had been sleeping in it. At least put the seat back in its upright position. They dont car. Leave your car there for staff to have a nap if you want.
