Don't buy from Kia

Please be weary when buying a pre-owned vehicle at Kia Durban Central. I was the unfortunate one that bought my 2015 Kia with the clutch, Flywheel and releaser bearing that was damaged. I only had the vehicle for under a year. The salesman and the entire department were fired so when I requested for my vehicle license it was missing from my file and still did not receive the original I have a photocopy on my car and many fines. The mats were torn and the new manager and dealer principle could not help because the salesman is fired. Imagine paying about half a million for a car so damaged. To date nothing is covered by the warranty and Kia cannot afford service books has my pack did not have the service book and warranty documents. It's a pity that I was so busy at work that I never had the chance to see the ombudsman and throw this vehicle back to them. I continue paying my R6000 installment for a piece of junk I wish someone from Kia head office can respond to this. Melanie Naidoo. ********** 760
