Don't buy a secondhand car at Kia Roodepoort!!

I bought my car from Kia Roodepoort more than a year ago, very happy at first. Received good service from the salesman etc. After making sure that my car's service history is up to date, I later found out there has been a mix up at the dealership with my service history. I've been trying to sort it out since April 2021. They take MONTHS to respond to mails, if they even respond. I have repeatedly sent mails and phoned, but there is just no response from them or any type of customer service. I am almost due for my next service and they still haven't sorted out the problem I had with my previous service almost a year ago.

I am so disappointed with their service!!
