DO NOT BUY A KIA @ NORTHCLIFF… BETTER YET, GET YOURSELF A VW!!!

Kia South Africa has been uncooperative in addressing the issues my parents-in-law faced with their car, which they purchased from the Kia Northcliff dealership. They bought a Kia from Northcliff in September 2023, and it left the dealership without being serviced after the sale (last service was about 6 months prior) and due to this. Before it broke down, they reported a strange noise to the dealership, and nothing was done. Now they are being sent from pillar to post without proper assistance.

Despite reporting concerns about the vehicle's condition, they were met with a lack of investigation and instead, were told that they were lying. After numerous visits and complaints there was no thorough investigation into our concerns. The dealership's response was unprofessional and unfounded, and even when we provided evidence to support our claims, we received no response from Kia's customer service. It seems like they are trying to cover up the dealership's shady dealing. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

Right now, even if they told me their biggest car can be sold to me for 50K I will rather but a VW UP!
