Distateful, disgusting service

Kia Motors Kia South Africa I'm having the most unsavory, distasteful and unpleasant experience with Kia Springfield KZN, I bought a car in December and on Tuesday it gave me battery problems, I reached out to the Zama Makhanya who was my sales lady and she said she will check if the battery replacement is not covered on the maintenance plan, she checked and it was, I then reached out to my nearest VW who then gave me a date for Monday as they are fully booked of which I don't have a problem with, I then reached out to Zama and asked if they cannot get me a loaned battery from either another Kia nearby as the car is stationary and I need it to get to and from work, she then said unfortunately there is nothing they can do from their side I need to sort myself out for the days remaining till Monday when I take it in, I asked to speak to her manager Zulfikar shaik who was very rude and arrogant and told me that their hands are tied and that there is something I did to the car that depleted the battery, mind you this is a pre owned vehicle with the original battery of when the car came out, I further explained to him that i went to a battery center and they checked the battery for me and explained that it has reached its end of life, he said I should park the car and wait for Monday to take it to VW, I asked if there were ways in which they can accommodate me as I am stranded I do not have any other means of transport he said unfortunately not I need to sort myself out they have tried all they could, by calling VW and asking for a booking to check the battery, the first installment has not went out on this car, I am so disappointed with the ill service I am getting from them, it is the 3rd day today and I am constantly calling them and they keep saying they will call me back and they don't. Yesterday I needed to be jumped and one of the sales ladies by the name of Rachel Solomon said they have called roadside assist and its on the way I asked if they think its fair what is happening to me she said I need to understand that they are not VW and she trying to get me help getting jumped or towed. A month old car!!!! Any intervention will be of assistance as I am exhausted with the calibre of sales employees hired at Kia Springfield.
