Dishonesty- No payment for a successful sales lead

I gave one of the sales consultant a lead in November 2019, she informed me that I will be compensated R1000 should the deal be successful. The lead was for a brand new car, the application was successful and she informed about the deal. She then requested me to send her my documents( banking details) and she informed me that I'll be paid by the 25th of December 2019. I havent received the payment to this day and when I followed up with her she told me stories... that deal didnt make any profit, her manager doesnt want to pay me. Then she told me she'll pay me from her own pocket. I then called the garage and spoke to one of the manager's who had told me he'll get back to me. To this day he hasnt, the sales consultant hasnt said anything regarding the cash and she was given an incentive for that deal. I am disappointed with how I was treated, Kia is a big brand. I wasnt expecting such from Kia. Its staff doesnt have intergrity and honesty.

The sales consultant who assisted me is Seipati from Kia Roodepoort. Its so funny how they become nice and say all the right things when theyre desperate for sales.

I bouht my car there and I must say, this negative experience has left me with a feeling of doubt and uncer*****y.

I regret buying my car there and passing a lead to Seipati.
