Dishonest salesman

I saw a car for sale on the Internet last week Monday, i contacted the dealer in the week to ask about the car & he told me the car is still for sale & that it was a trade in, so i told Christo the salesman i want the car on Friday last week he said i must put a deposit so the car will not be sold, ok so on Monday the 6th of july i paid R30000 deposit & told him by Tuesday i will come to view the & take it home but little did i no that the car was not fixed as he told me Friday already that on Monday he will have it, but to cut the long story short he is full of lies & is dishonest, but i will be taking thos matter up with headoffice
